I'm New Here
How do I get to Brainerd Baptist?
We are located at 300 Brookfield Avenue, which is just off I-24. Click on the Schedule/Directions tab to the right for detailed directions.
Where do I go when I get there?
We have special parking spaces for you. Once you make your way onto our campus, look for the parking lot across from the main church building on Brookfield Avenue. This parking lot is reserved for guest parking.
If you have any questions or need directions, there are people in blue vests and/or golf carts available to answer questions and help you find your way to the right place. If you have kids or infants, they will direct you to our children's church locations.
What is there for me?
On Sunday mornings, we have an 8:30 a.m. worship service both in the sanctuary and at the BX. Following that service, you have the opportunity to take part in one of many Sunday Bible Study classes for anyone of any age group. For those of you who aren't morning people, there are also worship services in the sanctuary and at the BX that follow Sunday Bible Study at 11:00 a.m.
We offer two different venues on our campus in which you can worship so that whether you've been in church all your life or never stepped foot in a church before, you feel comfortable joining us on a Sunday morning.
The sanctuary is one of the worship venues on our church campus. The worship is led by our choir and orchestra and our pastor preaches live in this venue. The atmosphere is exciting, and the environment is what most people who've been in church before would imagine church to be like.
The BX is the other worship venue offered on our church campus. The worship is led by our band and the message is delivered live by video from the sanctuary. The atmosphere is welcoming and the dress is casual so that no matter where you are in life you’ll feel at home.
What about my kids?
Children, Kindergarten through 5th grade, meet in the Underground for Sunday Bible Study. The Underground entrance is located to the left of the Bostick Preschool Building entrance off Brookfield. During the worship service your child will have the opportunity to worship with their family in the the sanctuary or the BX.
The preschool department seeks to provide a safe and secure environment so that parents can worship worry-free. When you check in your child at the main preschool desk in the Bostick Preschool Building located directly off of Brookfield Ave., you will receive a pager that will notify you in the case that you are needed during the service. At your child’s room you will be given two numbered clip on tags—one for your child and one for you—that serve as a security check when you pick up your child.
