Kelly Casey is a U.S. Navy veteran, a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and has worked 29 years in the industry.
Her focus is on strength, core stability, and functional movement, with an emphasis on helping people move better and feel stronger in everyday life.
Kelly enjoys the education side of fitness and wellness. She works comfortably with beginners and beyond, helping them train safely, build confidence, and develop practical, sustainable habits for long-term health.

Cherish Hamill

Cherish has a BS in Exercise Science and M Ed in Physical Education. She is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with ACSM. She has her CrossFit L1 Certification and is a HSN and Precision Nutrition certified Health and Nutrition Coach.
She loves coaching the Advanced Fitness class with the most amazing group of ladies and really enjoys one on one training sessions catered to that person’s needs and goals.

Steve Storey

Steve has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry. He tries to focus on strength, endurance, & mobility for seniors’ needs.
He currently teaches classes at Shepherd Rec Center and senior living facilities (The Elms of Anson & others).
Steve enjoys biking, tennis, pickleball, & basketball during his free time.
His goal is to educate seniors & youth about the importance of exercise and how to stay safe.

Ashley Walker
Ashley Walker is a Certified Personal Trainer and also holds a certification in Pre and Post Natal Training.
She grew up in Chattanooga and received her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from UTC. Ashley also has a Masters in Biblical Counseling.
She has worked in corporate health at Volkswagen as a Fitness Specialist, as well as in exercise intervention programs for people with various health risks.
